OscillaMind brings evening, night, morning and everyday listening into one calm app, and leaves the choices with you. It is a wellness app, not a medical one: it describes sounds, and never promises what they will do.
The name
Oscilla comes from oscillation: anything that moves back and forth at a steady rate, like a string, the air carrying a sound, or a rhythm. Mind is where you hear it and decide what you like. Together they describe the app: sound and rhythm, chosen by you.
The wave and the orb
The orb holds a single wave that runs from blue to gold. On the home page, a line comes in as a lively wave, passes through the orb, and leaves slower and calmer. It is a picture of what the app is about: shaping sound into a rhythm that suits you.
Midnight blue to morning gold
The colors follow a day. Midnight blue for the evening, a near-black warm look for the night, soft cream and amber for the morning. The app itself changes look with the time of day, so a bright screen never wakes a dark bedroom.
